Job Opportunity:

Country Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Coordinator to lead our end-to-end coordination of healthcare initiatives across all operational states.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Coordination & Management:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for program coordination, ensuring smooth functioning and service delivery of mobile medical units.
    • Coordinate telemedicine services in rural and underserved areas, working with local stakeholders and community partners.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and donor agencies.
  • Strategic Planning & Expansion:
    • Design and implement annual and long-term strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Identify new regions and communities for service expansion, building partnerships with local health departments and NGOs.
    • Support proposal writing and program design for new projects under CSR or government collaborations.
  • Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting:
    • Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation systems to assess service quality, coverage, and impact.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on program performance, patient data, outcomes, and operational highlights.
    • Use data-driven insights to drive program improvements and stakeholder engagement.
  • Team Leadership & Training:
    • Supervise and support regional coordinators, mobile medical unit teams, and telemedicine staff.
    • Organize regular training sessions and workshops for capacity building and skills development, especially focused on community-based nursing care and digital health solutions.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and organizational skills, with experience managing multilocation healthcare programs. They must also have a strong understanding of primary healthcare systems, mobile medical operations, and public health in India.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., public health, business administration)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the healthcare sector
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of primary healthcare systems, mobile medical operations, and public health in India
