We're looking for a Program Manager Intern to join our Clinician Training & Excellence team at Allo Health.

At Allo, our doctors, therapists, and health experts are the backbone of everything we do. The work of this team is to make sure our clinicians are supported, trained, and set up for success as they deliver care to thousands of people across India.

Bangalore (Indiranagar)

6 months

Stipend: ₹20–25k

This internship is a chance to do meaningful work in healthcare. You won't just be "helping out" — you'll be:

Designing and running training programs for doctors & therapists

Creating resources, SOPs, and playbooks that make clinicians' work smoother

Working with product, ops, and clinical teams to build systems that scale

Analysing feedback and data to actually improve how care is delivered

We're looking for curious, detail-oriented people who love problem-solving, learning, and bringing structure to chaos. If you're someone who's excited about healthcare, education, or just building things that matter — this could be a great fit.
