Lead Hospitality Professional

The role of Lead Hospitality Professional is a high-profile position that requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to deliver outstanding guest satisfaction and financial results.

This dynamic leader will oversee the smooth operation of the outlet, ensuring all financials, quality targets, and service standards are met.

The ideal candidate will be aware of daily, monthly, and yearly financial targets and actively contribute towards their achievement.

  1. Operational Excellence: Ensure correct grooming standards are followed at all times.
  2. Financial Acumen: Responsible for the smooth operation of the outlet, including following up on all financials, LQA, Forbes, and TrustYou targets.
  3. Results-Driven: Aware of the daily, monthly, and yearly financial targets and actively contributes towards their achievement.
  4. Issue Reporting: All issues and negative guest feedback need to be properly reported.
  5. Safety and Security: Following up on opening and closing checklists of banquets and maintaining HACCP and FIFO standards as required by the regional governing body.
  6. Compliance: Handle financial procedures according to guidelines set by the finance department.
  7. Service Leadership: Link all facets of service, cuisine, and entertainment, assuming responsibility of daily operations.
  8. Conflict Resolution: Handles security incidents and guest complaints with confidence and in a professional manner and reports it timely manner to the direct supervisor.
  9. Staff Development: Assist daily briefings for all staff prior to commencement of shift.
  10. Innovation: Should be creative, confident, and prepared to think outside of the box, following the personal development plan set by the direct supervisor.
  11. Inventory Management: Ensure the operational inventory is always accounted for and in immaculate condition.
  12. Sales Growth: Create opportunities for upselling products and develop the direct team to strive for excellence.
