Senior Audit Professional

As a senior audit professional, you will lead all aspects of audit engagements from planning to completion. This includes supervision of staff and client relationships.

You will work with a dynamic team of accounting professionals on key responsibilities such as engagement team leadership, planning, execution, and budgeting. Your analytical, technical, and auditing skills will be utilized to ensure compliance with US GAAP standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the engagement team on planning and execution of audits, reviews, or compilations.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, staffing, planning, risk assessment, financial reporting, and conclusion.
  • Providing supervision and support to engagement staff, seniors, and supervisors, promoting open communication.
  • Collaborating with engagement partners on client issue resolution and recommending solutions for legal, regulatory, and accounting issues.
  • Managing multiple engagements concurrently, meeting client deadlines efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or Master's; CPA preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of public accounting experience, leading multiple engagements and supervising staff.
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including familiarity with US GAAP.
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills, with ability to develop outstanding client/internal relationships.
