Performance Marketing Lead

A dynamic and forward-thinking Performance Marketing Lead is required to drive high-impact campaigns, serve as the front face of our brand's growth initiatives, and play a pivotal role in scaling a fast-growing European logistics startup.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record running campaigns for international markets, expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and attribution tools, and the ability to balance creativity with analytical rigor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize, plan, and execute paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Continuously optimize performance to achieve strong ROI and reduce CAC.
  • Lead creative testing — ad copy, visuals, formats — to find breakthrough campaigns.
  • Use data-driven insights to guide marketing spend and targeting.
  • Collaborate closely with design and product teams to align growth with business goals.
  • Represent performance marketing efforts in leadership discussions and external forums.
Requirements:
  • 3–4+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in high-growth startups or global brands.
  • Strong track record running campaigns for international markets.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and attribution tools.
  • Ability to balance creativity with analytical rigor.
  • Comfortable being the front-facing driver of growth — taking ownership, setting strategies, and leading execution.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing brand direction.
