About BIM Heroes

BIM Heroes is a global production partner for AEC firms, providing architectural drafting and BIM consulting. We help architects, builders, and developers scale without hiring full-time staff — delivering cost savings, speed, and high-quality output.

Role Summary

We're looking for our first marketing hire — someone entrepreneurial who can build our inbound lead engine from scratch. You'll handle everything from running ads to publishing thought-leadership content, tracking leads, and refining our messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a 6-month inbound marketing plan.
  • Manage paid ads (Google & ) end-to-end.
  • Create content calendars and oversee blog, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Optimize website for SEO and lead conversion.
  • Track performance metrics, report insights, and adjust campaigns.
  • Build and manage marketing automation workflows.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years experience in B2B marketing, preferably AEC/SaaS/professional services.
  • Proven track record of delivering inbound leads.
  • Strong writing skills for professional, industry-specific audiences.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms, SEO, and marketing tools.
  • Comfortable working solo in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

Nice to Have

  • AEC industry familiarity.
  • Experience with HubSpot or ActiveCampaign.
  • Graphic design or video editing basics.
