About BIM Heroes
BIM Heroes is a global production partner for AEC firms, providing architectural drafting and BIM consulting. We help architects, builders, and developers scale without hiring full-time staff — delivering cost savings, speed, and high-quality output.
Role Summary
We're looking for our first marketing hire — someone entrepreneurial who can build our inbound lead engine from scratch. You'll handle everything from running ads to publishing thought-leadership content, tracking leads, and refining our messaging.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 6-month inbound marketing plan.
- Manage paid ads (Google & LinkedIn) end-to-end.
- Create content calendars and oversee blog, social media, and email campaigns.
- Optimize website for SEO and lead conversion.
- Track performance metrics, report insights, and adjust campaigns.
- Build and manage marketing automation workflows.
Requirements
- 4–6 years experience in B2B marketing, preferably AEC/SaaS/professional services.
- Proven track record of delivering inbound leads.
- Strong writing skills for professional, industry-specific audiences.
- Familiarity with ad platforms, SEO, and marketing tools.
- Comfortable working solo in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
Nice to Have
- AEC industry familiarity.
- Experience with HubSpot or ActiveCampaign.
- Graphic design or video editing basics.
