As we continue to expand, we're seeking a talented and experienced Strategic Sourcing Electronics – Senior Engineer to drive excellence in procurement and supply chain management.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of electronic component sourcing, BOM analysis, and supplier communication.

You will play a key role in quoting projects, ensuring timely procurement, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs) to generate accurate quotes for prototype and bulk production.
  • Source active and passive components, PCBs, and electronic parts globally.
  • Build and manage vendor relationships; evaluate supplier performance and reliability.
  • Negotiate pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to align procurement with project timelines.
  • Use software tools to manage procurement processes and maintain accurate data.
  • Monitor market trends, component availability, and price fluctuations to minimize risk and optimize sourcing.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sourcing/procurement experience in an EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) company.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic components, BOM-based quoting, and global sourcing strategies.
  • Familiarity with procurement software tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
  • Exposure to international sourcing and import/export compliance.
  • Knowledge of standards such as RoHS, IPC, and ISO.
