We are seeking a talented professional to assume the role of an Assistant Manager – Learning & Development. This position will involve designing, planning, and delivering impactful learning initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building learning programs, driving performance development, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
This role will focus on creating and implementing learning solutions that meet the needs of various business units and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include conducting training needs analysis, developing tailored learning content, and evaluating program impact.
The successful candidate will have strong facilitation skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and a proven track record in talent development.
They will also be able to design, plan, and execute learning interventions aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Required qualifications and skills include:
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development / Talent Development
- Strong facilitation skills in both physical and virtual environments
- Knowledge of performance management and competency frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and consulting skills
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive innovation in L&D
