Key Responsibilities:
  • Project manage accounting methods & periods projects, supported by specialists.
  • Deliver Advanced Manufacturing Partner (AMP) projects, including calculation of 481(a) adjustments and IRS exam support.
  • Research and write tax advice, opinion, and position memorandums.
  • Draft and review technical memoranda, legal basis disclosures, responses to IRS inquiries, and IRS Ruling requests.
  • Identify opportunities for AMP services and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Foster strong working relationships with Managers, Sr. Managers and Partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Professional certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA).
  • At least 7 years of experience in public accounting, with a proven track record of project management and mentorship.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
