- Key Requirements:

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the E-commerce sector.
- Skills: Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in using customer service software and other relevant tools.
