Job Title: Environmental Sustainability Expert

About the Role

Drive innovation in environmental sustainability across global operations. Develop and implement comprehensive strategies that align with corporate values and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement sustainable programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve long-term environmental goals.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Collect and analyze environmental performance data, including carbon emissions and energy usage.
Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, conducting regular risk assessments to minimize ecological footprint.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with internal departments and regulatory bodies to promote sustainable practices and foster stakeholder engagement.
Innovation & Research:
  • Research and develop new technologies and methods to enhance sustainability performance and reduce environmental impact.
Training & Awareness:
  • Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on sustainability best practices and promote a culture of environmental responsibility.
Project Management:
  • Lead green projects such as energy efficiency upgrades and sustainability certifications, ensuring successful project execution and outcomes.
RequirementsEducation:
  • Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in environmental compliance or sustainability program management, with a proven track record of success.
Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in sustainability frameworks and tools.
Communication:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex sustainability concepts to diverse audiences.
