Quality and Sustainability Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our quality and sustainability initiatives. This critical role will drive excellence and sustainable growth across global operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for influencing senior leadership decisions, ensuring adherence to global quality standards and sustainability goals, as well as compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the voice of quality in the leadership team; influence decision-making to drive quality outcomes.
  • Develop partnerships with global quality leaders to deploy best-in-class quality systems.
  • Develop and execute the quality strategy, vision, roadmap, and objectives aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements applicable to our company from time to time.
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve quality, customer satisfaction, and business performance.
  • Establish robust processes for quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), audits, inspections, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Own audit readiness, certification, and regulatory compliance across functions.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor, measure, and report on quality performance across the organization.
  • Champion a quality-centric culture, fostering continuous learning and quality ownership at every organizational level.
Sustainability Execution
  • Localize and drive the company's sustainability framework in India in alignment with global priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Indian environmental regulations, standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and ESG reporting norms.
  • Promote energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation, and sustainable procurement at project sites.
  • Collaborate with procurement, HSE, engineering, and project execution teams to integrate sustainability across operations.
  • Lead reporting on sustainability performance for India region, including regulatory, internal, and customer requirements.
