Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
- Lead month-end/year-end Close process, balance sheet review, and internal audits.
- Maintain internal controls, drive compliances, and manage statutory audits.
Compliance & Tax
- Oversight of direct and indirect tax (GST, Customs) compliance and liaison with regulatory bodies.
