Financial Controller

About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Financial Controller to lead the financial operations and control functions across multiple businesses owned by our Family Office.
This role will serve as a financial backbone, overseeing the entire accounting and finance function, and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting.
The Financial Controller will be responsible for implementing robust financial controls, streamlining processes, and providing timely and accurate financial insights to key stakeholders.
Reporting: Managing Director Key Responsibilities: Financial Leadership & Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and lead the accounts and finance teams across all group companies.
Ensure proper task allocation, daily follow-ups, and productivity monitoring.
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training or restructuring to optimize team performance.
Financial Planning & Control: Oversee all end-to-end accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, ledgers, and statutory compliance.
Manage the closing of books and ensure timely finalization of accounts, MIS reporting, and audits.
Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy.
Performance & Bottleneck Analysis: Analyze workflows and financial data to identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Develop and maintain dashboards and tracking mechanisms to ensure complete financial and operational visibility.
Collaborate with team leads to implement corrective action plans and process improvements.
Process Improvement & Standardization: Evaluate and enhance existing accounting and finance processes by introducing new systems or automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Standardize financial procedures, reporting formats, and policies across all companies under the family office umbrella.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal leadership, external auditors, and other key stakeholders on financial matters.
Prepare and present periodic financial insights, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations to the family/promoter.
Work Schedule:6 days a week Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM
