Job Summary:

The Financial Controller role is responsible for overseeing all financial functions of the organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Accounting and Financial Reporting: Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks through proactive monitoring and control measures.
  • Internal Controls: Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets, prevent fraud, and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards related to finance, taxation, and audit.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA certification or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance role.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
