Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis and Forecasting
  • Conduct market trend analysis, forecast sales, and monitor brand evolution indices.
  • Innovative Marketing Strategies
  • Implement innovative marketing tactics to drive project success and growth.
  • ROI Analysis
  • Conduct ROI analysis for all major marketing investments.
  • Product Lifecycle Management
  • Manage the product lifecycle and marketing efforts as per the BCG matrix.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion and Customer Segmentation
  • Develop and execute strategies for market expansion and customer segmentation.
  • KOL Engagement
  • Identify and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and oversee KOL management strategies.
  • Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis
  • Maintain market intelligence and develop responses to competitor strategies.
  • Value Proposition and Field Force Alignment
  • Promote differentiated value propositions and ensure strong field force alignment.
  • Team Leadership and Mentorship
  • Lead and mentor a team of Therapy Heads (GPMs) and Product Managers.
