Digital Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an Associate to spearhead Client Success initiatives. This is a compelling opportunity for professionals with up to 3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably from an agency background.
The ideal candidate will be a multifaceted professional who excels at problem-solving, possesses high emotional intelligence and empathy, and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership. They should be able to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to drive engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Work on key brands and contribute to the creation of digital experiences.
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with brand philosophy and objectives across multiple platforms.
- Understand stakeholders and create effective communication for different cohorts.
- Possess the skill to understand client feedback and provide strategic inputs to design and content teams.
- Campaign content creation on various digital platforms while working closely with design and content teams.
- Developing innovative solutions including content management and maintenance of the brand's digital platforms.
- Preparing reports on a monthly basis with quantitative as well as qualitative analyses of the brand to enhance future strategies.
- Proven experience as a Client Servicing team member or a similar role, preferably with an agency background.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative social media strategies.
