About the Role:

- Key Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced professional to undertake a range of tasks including:

- Conducting training needs analysis, identifying skill and competency gaps through data analysis, feedback, and collaboration with managers.

- Designing and delivering customized training programs, e-learning content, and learning materials based on business requirements.

- Facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions across various topics including onboarding, soft skills, compliance, and leadership.

- Managing the Learning Management System; tracking learning progress and completion.

- Assessing training effectiveness using metrics, feedback forms, and improvement strategies.

- Supporting employee development programs, individual development plans (IDPs), and succession planning.

- Ensuring timely execution of all mandatory and regulatory training.

- Coordinating relationships with external training partners and vendors.

- Fostering a culture of continuous learning through initiatives like learning weeks, knowledge-sharing sessions, and internal workshops.

Requirements:

- A degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field

- 1-6 years of experience in L&D, training, or talent development

- Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning tools

- Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills
