Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality in our products.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned QA professional to lead and execute comprehensive testing strategies across various aspects of our product.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Develop and maintain a robust testing framework that ensures all aspects of the product are thoroughly tested.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to integrate QA processes into the software development lifecycle.
  • Oversee the selection and implementation of testing tools and technologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
  • Continuously assess and improve testing processes to enhance product quality and team efficiency.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of automation/performance or security testing tools is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and their impact on the QA process.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
