Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

">About the Role">

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of quality aspects of project operations, ensuring that all inspection and testing requirements are met.

">Key Responsibilities">
  1. Assist the Project Director Manager in setting quality and environmental objectives for the project;
  2. Monitor the implementation of the Project Quality and Environmental Plan;
  3. Liaise with client representatives on site for inspection and testing requirements;
  4. Ensure all records are completed and compiled for submission to the client;
  5. Assess subcontractor supplier QA arrangements for compliance with contract requirements;
  6. Acquaint section personnel with QA requirements;
  7. Coordinate the implementation of the Leighton Management System;
  8. Discuss with section managers in the production and implementation of Safety QA QC and Environmental procedures;
  9. Ensure key dates are met for preparation and submission of quality procedures inspection and test plans;
  10. Provide regular reports and analysis of QA performance to Project QA E Manager;
  11. Assist in the development and maintenance of company systems;
  12. Coordinate documentation including planning reviewing and updating of the Project Management Plan;
  13. Ensure all processes are supported by appropriate documented procedures;
  14. Promote health safety and environment best practices within the work environment.

  • Proven experience in a quality assurance role; and
