Max Life is a leading provider of life insurance products. We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Customer Advisory Team.
Job Description:This role involves managing relationships with existing customers and providing them with expert advice on their financial goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be process-oriented, and have a customer-centric approach.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with allocated customer base
- Ensure retention of customers through proactive service management
- Act as single point of contact for customers
- Provide financial planning assistance and identify opportunities for growth
- Conduct competition analysis to give professional advice
The successful candidate will also be responsible for sales, focusing on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with allocated customers.
- Identify and pursue cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Ensure successful completion of licensing as per MLI standards
Key performance indicators include:
- TAT adherence for updating CRM system
- Successful completion of business goals month on month
- Collection of payment/premium from days due policies
- Complaint resolution/customer satisfaction
- Achievement of retention targets
- > 45 unique customer meetings in a month
- > 90% attendance of total working days
- > 80% score in functional trainings
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months exposure to life insurance
- Age bracket: 25-30 years
- Must own a conveyance
