AI Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned AI/ML engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML models and intelligent workflows using Semantic Kernel, LangChain, and LangGraph.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LLM orchestration tools and strong skills in developing, integrating, and deploying AI-powered applications at scale.
- Design and develop AI/ML models and intelligent workflows that leverage large language models (LLMs).
- Build and deploy LLM-based solutions integrating various APIs and knowledge sources for improved scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define use cases, architecture, and technical roadmaps for AI system integration.
- Perform prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and optimization for LLMs to enhance model performance.
- Evaluate and ensure the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of deployed AI systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–8 years of experience in AI/ML development with expertise in designing and implementing scalable AI systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Semantic Kernel, LangChain, and LangGraph for efficient AI/ML workflow management.
- Proficiency in Python and common AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras for seamless integration.
- Familiarity with APIs, vector databases, and knowledge graph integration for data-driven decision making.
- Good understanding of data preprocessing, model tuning, and production deployment best practices for high-performance AI systems.
