AI Developer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI developer with a strong background in Python and a minimum of 3 years experience in AI/ML development.

  • Model Optimization Expert
  • Optimize models and systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Experimentation and Analysis
  • Conduct experiments, analyze results, and iterate on design and functionality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • AI/ML Development Expertise
  • 3+ years hands-on experience in AI/ML development using Python.
  • Machine Learning Foundations
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning principles.
  • Algorithm Development
  • Proven experience building AI systems or agents without relying on third-party orchestration libraries.
  • Python Programming
  • Excellent coding skills in Python including OOP, data structures, and design patterns.
  • Numerical Computing
  • Solid experience in algorithm development, statistical modeling, and model evaluation.
  • Scientific Computing Tools
  • Proficient with numerical and scientific computing tools like NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib etc.
