AI Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled AI development specialist to support our foundational LLM company working on next-generation AI models.

The role focuses on dataset generation, model evaluation, and Python development — playing a key part in Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), and benchmarking AI systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop efficient Python code that supports AI training pipelines.
  • Generate and refine datasets for SFT and contribute to RLHF workflows.
  • Run Evals to measure and compare model performance.
  • Assess and rank model outputs, providing clear, structured feedback.
  • Partner with researchers and annotators to enhance model alignment.
  • Maintain clean code and documentation to ensure reproducibility.

Requirements

  • Proficiency:
  • Python with strong debugging and optimization skills.
  • Familiarity with Python testing frameworks (unit, integration, property-based).
  • Understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and async programming.
  • Experience with code quality, architectural patterns, and refactoring.

Contract Details

  • Commitment:
