Job Title: AI Learning Experience Designer - Generative AI Foundations

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Designer to create interactive video content that simplifies complex concepts and prepares learners for success in AI-driven workplaces.

This role is ideal for professionals who combine deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Instructional Design with a passion for storytelling and learner engagement.

The ideal candidate will have experience in translating certification objectives into engaging video scripts, designing scenario-based interactive videos, and ensuring accuracy, ethics, and relevance of all content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop scenario-based video content that aligns with Bloom's Taxonomy and Depth of Knowledge (DOK) levels.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear and concise language for learners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content.
  • Continuously refine content based on feedback and learner engagement metrics.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.
  • Experience in instructional video design, eLearning, or curriculum development.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or Educational Technology.
