Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Front Office Management: Managing the front office, including greeting clients, answering phones, and responding to emails.
- Telecalling: Making outbound calls to customers to provide information and answer questions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in front office management/telecalling preferred.
