Job Summary

As a seasoned ServiceNow developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient solutions that meet the organizational needs.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow applications.
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow integrations, modules, and applications to meet organizational goals.
  • Provide expertise in ServiceNow customization and configuration to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Required Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a proven track record of working on the ServiceNow platform.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, design, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and excellent scripting skills.
  • Strong expertise in the ServiceNow CSM implementation, including proficiency in development tools such as Configuration Workspace, Workflow Editor, Form Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal, and GenAI.
  • ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS CSM) is highly desirable.
