
IT Relationship Manager

We are looking for a skilled IT professional to fill the role of Account Manager in our UK/EU team.
This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their talent needs, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
You will work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality IT talent based on client requirements.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment, preferably within the IT industry or IT recruitment sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client accounts to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction
- Providing training to recruiters and team members on sourcing technology and emerging skills & Technologies
- Developing and managing client expectations and timelines, ensuring timely and successful placements
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, aiming to be seen as a trusted advisor for their IT recruitment needs
The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Prior experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment is essential.
A proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and meeting recruitment targets is also desirable.
