Job Overview

As a seasoned professional, you will manage a portfolio of properties, drive revenue growth through sales strategies, and identify new opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
  • Optimize portfolio performance by implementing initiatives to enhance property value.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, insurance, hospitality, banking, or portfolio management in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, trends, and regulations.
