Job Description for Real Estate Assets Manager

This role entails overseeing the acquisition and leasing of properties, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on property acquisitions to guarantee adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for property leasing and acquisition, taking into account market trends and client requirements.
  • Analyze and interpret land laws, regulations, and court decisions to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Represent clients in property disputes and negotiations, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions, including contracts, deeds, and title searches.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum LLB/LLM degree with at least 10 years of experience in handling legal property matters.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing property acquisitions, leasing, and disputes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
