Chief Asset Strategist

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Asset Strategist to spearhead the management of our financial and real estate assets. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of our asset portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Asset Management: Develop and implement effective strategies for managing financial assets, including investments, financial reporting, and analysis of asset performance.
  • Real Estate Portfolio Management: Oversee the optimization of our real estate portfolio, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and property management.
  • Investment Strategy Support: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute investment strategies that maximize returns and mitigate risks.
  • Valuation & Analysis: Conduct regular valuations and financial analysis of assets and real estate properties, providing recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Due Diligence & Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough due diligence on new investment opportunities and property acquisitions, evaluating financial viability and associated risks.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets for real estate assets and financial portfolios.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in financial asset management, real estate investment, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, investment principles, and asset valuation techniques.
  • Experience in managing both financial assets and real estate portfolios is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of real estate lease management and property management processes.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Analytical Skills: Strong financial analysis and valuation skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial and real estate data clearly to senior management.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when dealing with financial data and property assessments.
Preferred Experience:
  • Knowledge of alternative investment strategies, including private equity, real estate funds, and other non-traditional financial assets.
  • Experience working in investment banking, corporate finance, or a real estate development firm.
  • Proficiency with real estate investment management software and financial reporting tools.
