Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-quality relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
  • Contribute significantly to the development and implementation of systems and technology that enhance business processes and improve client experience.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of performance returns and attribution calculations across multiple product lines.
  • Oversee a wide range of performance measurement and attribution calculations, creating reports for regional offices.
  • Analyze performance and attribution reports, communicating results effectively to senior management, portfolio managers, and investment specialists.
  • Drive the development and implementation of performance and attribution systems, incorporating best industry practices.
  • Monitor data quality and compare computations from different sources.
  • Interpret results and produce attribution commentary for various portfolio strategies, identifying sources of alpha and factors responsible for these results.
  • Provide regular and bespoke risk and return analysis to portfolio managers and investment specialists.
