Livelihood Development Manager

The Area Head is responsible for establishing a state-of-the-art Livelihood Skilling center for Youth.
This individual will become a partner of choice for all key stakeholders in the defined geographical area and plan, implement outreach activities to create awareness in the community. They will assess youth, ensure quality training delivery by trainers, employer networking, center administration, and overall team coordination.
- Establish the center to serve youth
- Plan and implement outreach activities, assess youth, ensure quality training delivery by trainers, employer networking, center administration, and overall team coordination
- Strategize an outreach plan to create awareness in the community and ensure execution of all outreach activities to achieve maximum enrolments at the center
- Engage with agencies to manage outreach implementation and mobilization activities as per requirement
- Lead counselling sessions for Youth to identify their aspirations and expectations and complete the enrolment process
- Execute training activities at the center as per the training calendar
- Monitor the training activities of the center to ensure quality training to youth
- Collect feedback from the aspirants on a periodical basis to improve quality of training and center upkeep
- Ensure pre and post assessment process for aspirants to provide them with right job opportunities
- Connect and build rapport with local employers of his/her area and convert them as panel employers to ensure continuous job opportunities to the aspirants
- Convert all the job roles into relevant format
- Review the performance of trainers and Center associate (CA) and give constructive feedback for their performance improvement
- Capacity build CA to ensure the smooth functioning of center
- Handhold aspirants at the work place (for a short duration) after placement
- Maintain Youth life cycle connect – Ensure post placements connect with the aspirants
- Ensure that all relevant information like youth enrolment, fee collection, placements is updated in IT platform by the CA
- Ensure Branding and upkeep of the center as per the given guidelines from HO
- Participate in the hiring and selection process of CAs & Trainers
- Work towards improving the functioning of the center from inputs received from QAE team
