Empowering Young People through Livelihood Skills
At Magic Bus, we are committed to empowering young people with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their careers. Our Livelihood Program is designed to equip youth with the necessary life and employability skills to help them move out of poverty and lead sustainable lives.
The program focuses on providing training and support to young people between the ages of 18-25 years, enabling them to gain essential skills in areas such as communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. Through our Community Learning Centres, we provide access to education and training opportunities, ensuring that everyone has an equal chance to succeed.
Our experienced team of trainers and mentors work closely with young people to identify their strengths and weaknesses, developing personalized development plans to help them achieve their goals. We also offer career counseling and guidance, empowering youth to make informed decisions about their future careers.
Our Livelihood Program is built around three key pillars: Skills Training, Placement Support, and Career Development. We work closely with employers and industry partners to ensure that our programs meet the needs of the labor market, providing young people with the skills and experience they need to secure employment and advance in their careers.
We believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their background or circumstances. That's why we're committed to making our programs accessible and inclusive, working with a range of stakeholders to ensure that our services reach those who need them most.
