Job Description

Our organization is seeking a skilled Cost Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cost accounting, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or rentals.

  • Build and maintain accurate cost sheets for projects and verticals.
  • Track material, labor, transport, and overhead costs per project.
  • Allocate shared costs across business units.
  • Develop standard cost templates and monitor budget performance versus actual.
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to validate cost data.
  • Support the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for costing modules.
  • Prepare monthly cost reports for senior leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A strong understanding of cost accounting principles.
  • Experience in project-based or rental-driven businesses.
  • Advanced Excel and cost reporting skills.
  • An understanding of logistics, inventory management, and shared cost allocation.
  • Hands-on problem-solving skills and a self-starter mindset.
