Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Creative Strategist to join our team.

  • Creative duties will involve planning and ideation, scriptwriting and copywriting for multiple brands across various industries.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with the New Business team on creative ideation and pitches, as well as present campaign plans to clients.
  • We are looking for someone who can ensure high-quality work, apply for awards and recognize the team's achievements.
  • This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to manage junior creatives and provide direction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out creative duties on multiple brands from different industries.
  • Work with the New Business team on all creative ideation and pitches.
  • Present campaign plans to clients.
  • Ensure high-quality work and apply for awards.
  • Manage junior creatives and provide direction.
  • Coordinate with the Integrated Solutions Team on daily tasks.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team.
  • Understand and break down briefs to junior creatives.
  • Work on revisions based on internal or external feedback.
  • Actively present throughout the production process.
  • Carry out in-depth research about the brand and its competition.
