Job Description:

As a key member of our team, the Associate Director will be responsible for crafting and executing distinctive brand identities for our university campuses in India. This role involves shaping how Indian students perceive and engage with these global institutions, ensuring every touchpoint reflects academic excellence and aspirational value.

Key responsibilities will include developing and owning a comprehensive brand strategy that balances global equity with unique positioning in the Indian market. The Associate Director will also build a scalable brand architecture that supports multiple academic programs, partnerships, and audiences.

Key Initiatives:

  • Influencer marketing campaigns to create buzz and drive engagement
  • Large-scale impact through influencer campaigns and cross-platform promotions
  • Brand health tracking mechanisms to continuously assess brand equity, recall, and sentiment

To succeed in this position, you will need 10-12 years of experience in brand, marketing, or creative leadership roles, preferably in education or youth brands. First-hand experience of building brands in the Indian market is essential, as well as demonstrated success in launching new brands and managing cross-platform campaigns.

You will have exceptional creative judgment, stakeholder leadership, and strategic thinking skills, with a strong understanding of media planning, agency collaboration, and cross-cultural communication. Experience in leading website development and digital brand platforms is highly valued.
