We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Optimization Specialist to join our team.

This critical role involves developing and implementing effective inventory management strategies across various locations, ensuring optimal network utilization and maximizing operational efficiency.

  • Demand Planning: Create accurate forecasts based on sales data from diverse channels and drive forecast accuracy within the organization.
  • Supply Planning & New Product Development: Lead production planning for existing and new products, guaranteeing timely launches and efficient resource allocation.
  • Inventory and Service Management: Design and implement inventory management systems that balance stock levels with service requirements, while monitoring inventory health.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • 1-4 years of experience in demand and supply planning or capacity management
  • Familiarity with WMS/ERP/SAP-MM systems
  • An analytical mindset, self-motivation, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data handling (SAP, MIS, Excel, Dashboards)
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Experience working in a manufacturing environment or Lean/Six Sigma certification is an added advantage.
