About This Role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing supply chain operations, vendor management, procurement, and inventory optimization to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing that supports our growing D2C brand.

Location: Full-time position, based out of Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best terms and conditions.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize inventory turnover.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs.
  • Resolve any procurement-related issues or disputes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulations relevant to procurement.

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Supply chain, Operations and Procurements principles and practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Proficient in using purchasing software and MS Office.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
