Optimize Production Planning and AI Analytics Specialist

This pivotal role focuses on raw material blending and production planning across global operations, emphasizing cost efficiency, quality control, and AI-driven insights.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage blend schedules for pet coke feedstock in multiple regions to ensure optimal production outcomes.
  • Track GPC inventories and CPC production rates to align with shipment schedules and minimize disruptions.
  • Evaluate sourcing options and logistics to reduce costs while meeting CPC quality specifications.
  • Build and maintain business models using AI tools and Linear Programming (LP) for predictive planning and optimization.
  • Collaborate effectively with Commercial, Technical Services, and Operations teams globally to drive seamless production and delivery.
  • Manage SAP transactions and generate reports on production, inventory, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in planning and blending, preferably in carbon or metallurgical industries.
  • Strong Linear Programming modeling and analytical skills.
  • SAP and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and optimization.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and adaptability in a global team environment.
