  • Monitoring and managing resource utilization across multiple projects and departments.
  • Maintaining accurate records of resource allocation and ensuring data integrity in our resource management systems.
  • Collaborating with department leads to identify current and future staffing needs.
  • Supporting in forecasting resource demand and resolving conflicts that may arise.
  • Preparing reports on resource availability, usage, and performance metrics.
  • Facilitating the onboarding and offboarding of project resources.
  • Communicating regularly with project managers to understand staffing and capacity challenges.
  • Ensuring alignment between resource availability and project requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in resource management.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and resource management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SAP, MS Project, D365).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
