Job Description

As a senior project manager, you will oversee the design and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. Your team will work on various types of commercial, cultural, educational, healthcare, hospitality, residential, mixed-use, sports infrastructure, smart cities, urban planning, and design projects.

The ideal candidate should have experience in managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. They must also be skilled in leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management.

The successful candidate will lead and guide architects, ensure that designs meet client expectations, collaborate with digital designers, contractors, and consultants to develop innovative solutions, and conduct regular meetings with clients and consultants to coordinate architectural needs.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field and an extensive portfolio of work. A Master's degree is preferred. The ideal candidate should have demonstrable experience in leading, managing, and mentoring project teams and possess good interpersonal and presentation skills.
