Job Summary:

Our organization seeks an experienced Senior Project Director to lead high-profile digital initiatives and website development projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, strong technical knowledge, and excellent leadership abilities to drive successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong technical foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, Node.js, Python, and database systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, React/Angular/Vue, Webpack, and npm/yarn.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and AB testing tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic project plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage website development, redesign, and optimization projects.
  • Oversee multiple projects to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Track key performance indicators, generate reports, and present insights to leadership.
  • Champion best practices in project management methodologies.
  • Mentor and guide project teams to enhance performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and communications.
