Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the success of our technical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines, ensure timely delivery, and coordinate activities across teams.
  • Coordinate project meetings, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for complex technical projects.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices for development workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 2+ years of project coordination experience in software development environments.
  • Strong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Proficiency in project management tools and development platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
