This role requires strong project management skills, with 6+ years of experience in delivering high-quality projects on time. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive, and capable of prioritizing work effectively.

• Proficiency in understanding drawings (2D/3D) of all disciplines is essential.
• The ability to identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks is crucial for project success.
• The successful candidate will review and validate work orders, BOQs, and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• A well-structured project execution schedule highlighting inter-dependencies of various tasks is vital for smooth project delivery.
• Frequent site inspections and quality control measures are necessary to guarantee quality and timeline requirements are met.
• Excellent technical knowledge and ability to provide instructions to the Site supervisor [Project Executive] is required.
• Regular site updates must be provided to the customer to maintain transparency.
• The chosen candidate will act as a liaison between Designer & Customer's execution stage of the project.
• Project trackers & summaries must be updated regularly, and weekly progress reports shared with all stakeholders.
• Data analysis is necessary to identify performance bottlenecks, devise corrective solutions, and implement changes effectively.
• The successful candidate will ensure superlative customer experience by maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
