About Us: Trantor is a leading organization that provides innovative solutions to its clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Solutions Expert to join our team.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
Job Description:
Company Overview: As a Pre-Sales Solutions Expert at Trantor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to own and deliver proactive solution proposals with a major emphasis on value engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver proposal collateral, industry trends, point of views (PoVs), client visit presentations, and thought leadership articles.
- Closely collaborate with the Pre-Sales Head to build partnerships with major solution providers and service providers with complementary skills.
- Conceptualize and develop frameworks, accelerators, or solutions for specific customer needs.
- Conduct periodic reviews with the leadership team on service line operations, progress, and overall direction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in pre-sales activities, including proposal development, RFP responses, estimates, and business case preparation for IT solutions.
- Strong knowledge of mapping customer needs, competitor analysis, and winning criteria for RFPs.
- A deep understanding of different service delivery models, operating models, pricing models, and the ability to map customer needs.
- Proven experience working on high-tech projects across domains such as banking, manufacturing, and insurance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to various stakeholders.
- Collaboration with delivery teams for knowledge repository management, case studies, and service offering presentations.
- Experience leading and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
