Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Customer Support Associate to join our fast-paced, data-focused environment and contribute to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients throughout the background check process, including criminal record checks, employment history verification, and other services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries, ensuring timely delivery of results and providing valuable insights to Account Managers.
  • Maintain adherence to regulations and company policies, prioritizing data privacy and secure handling of personal information during the vetting process.
  • Monitor progress within internal systems, identifying potential bottlenecks and addressing them efficiently.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with active listening abilities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, with a quick thinking and learning aptitude.
  • An ability to work collaboratively as part of a remote team, handling rotational shifts with flexibility.
  • Effective multitasking skills, coupled with attention to detail and the capacity to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency with data analysis, reports, spreadsheets, and general business tools.
