Financial Leadership OpportunityAccounting Operations Director Role

We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead our accounting and financial operations across India, Singapore, and the USA. This high-impact role demands a strong foundation in accounting and international financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an overall accounting strategy, overseeing day-to-day finance operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and policies.
  • Manage core accounting functions including general ledger, payroll, utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Handle reconciliations related to capital assets, trust accounts, check runs, fixed asset activity, and debt activity.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data to generate timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
  • Drive timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures as per company expectations.
  • Collaborate with the entire finance team and management to align with departmental and organizational goals.

Requirements include CA/CMA/ICWA qualification or semi-qualified professionals with 8-9 years of relevant combined experience. Experience in overseeing accounting operations, managing general ledger processes, and hands-on experience with ZOHO and Tally is essential. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also required.
