Job Summary

This role involves overseeing artwork production for regulatory affairs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong background in project management and technical expertise.

  • Analyze design briefs to develop mechanical artwork and separations within set timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on marketing projects, including brand teams, design agencies, PMAs, and SU Planning.
  • Initiate marketing projects within the Artwork Management System, ensuring timely delivery of mechanical artwork and separation files.
  • Manage production process issues and consult with stakeholders on timeline development.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate packaging artwork projects from initial concept to final reproducible mechanical artwork and separations.
  • Interface with internal and external partners on marketing projects, including brand teams, design agencies, PMAs, and SU Planning.
  • Initiate marketing projects within the Artwork Management System, ensuring timely delivery of mechanical artwork and separation files.
  • Manage production process issues and consult with stakeholders on timeline development.
  • Create all projects in the Artwork Management System as assigned by business leads and brand directors.
  • Set up and run pre-production meetings, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.
  • Consult with business leads and brand directors on timeline development, manage production process issues, and act as first point of contact for external production vendors.
  • Attend project management meetings as necessary (IPT, business team meetings, etc.).
  • Ensure that design files are created according to specifications and handed off properly to PMA, if applicable.
  • Approve color reliable proofs on behalf of business leads to ensure that the proof meets expectations.
  • Provide expert guidance and input to business leads regarding technical requirements for print production and potential challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Graphic Design, Print Production, Project Management, or Account Management.
  • Proven experience in managing the design process, including working knowledge of print production, graphic design, packaging development, supply management, account management, and project management.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to hold people accountable and demonstrate organizational awareness.
  • Strategic influencing and practical creativity are essential for this role.
